Aaron Singerman is a lifelong Ohio resident Born in Cincinnati, after High School Aaron spent a few years Living in Tennessee Studying glassblowing at The Appalachian Center for Crafts in 2003. He moved to Columbus after school Aaron's passion for real estate took off. Over the next few years he became a top producer in the Central Ohio Region leveraging social media, technology, and community outreach.
In 2019 Aaron took his passion for helping others and began to Manage Key Realty coaching and mentoring agents. Aaron is a Powell, Ohio resident where he lives with his wife, three kids and two dogs.
Aaron’s new Ideas and creative side is bringing new eyes to the Key Realty Family in Columbus.

Jay Mattlin is a lifelong Lancaster resident. He graduated from Lancaster High School in 2005, his Bachelor of Science in Network and Communication Management from DeVry in 2010, and his Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Kaplan University in 2015. Jay’s background has mostly been in Information Technology and worked in the public sector until May 2022.
In 2016, Jay obtained his real estate license from Hondros in Westerville, Ohio. Over the years, Jay has gained experience in residential real estate, commercial real estate, first-time home buyers, team management, probate, and property management. Jay has found his home with Key Realty and is thrilled he’s here!
Jennifer DeLong
Jennifer has been a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2019 and has been investing in real estate since 2005. Prior to working as a Loan Originator, Jennifer worked as an Executive Director for a local business. Her experience has equipped her to be a knowledgeable mortgage advisor for buyers. Jennifer takes pride in educating buyers on each aspect of the loan process, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the loan process, and strives to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
