Jennifer Lewis-DeLong Joins United Alliance Mortgage

Here’s a little background on new United Alliance Mortgage lender Jennifer Lewis-DeLong:

After graduating from Ohio University in 2003, I moved to Columbus and fell in love with the city. Deciding to settle in long term, I bought my first home at 25. I leased it a few years later when I purchased my second home in German Village. My passion for real estate began during my time in this historical neighborhood.

Although at the time I was working as an Executive Director in the salon & spa industry, I often fantasized about working in Real Estate. I decided to make the move in 2018 after a mediocre experience getting pre-approved for a loan on an investment property. At that point, I decided to take the Loan Origination education and make my dream a reality. I became licensed in January 2019 and started working for Union Home Mortgage.

During my four years at UHM, I was not only a Loan Officer but also a trainer for Loan Officer Assistants. I gained a lot of experience that has prepared me for my role with United Alliance Mortgage.

I now live in Grandview with my husband and stepchildren and am living that dream of working in Real Estate. I do not want to be a mediocre Loan Officer. My personal experience taught me that there’s an opportunity to offer buyers an elevated experience. I consider myself a mortgage financial planner where I help our buyers reach wealth through real estate. I take pride in educating buyers on each aspect of the loan process, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the loan process, and strive to make the experience as stress-free as possible.

I am beyond excited to work with the Key Realty family as I know we will become stronger together and build the Key Realty brand.
