Key is one of the fastest-growing independent brokerages in the region and we are looking for leaders to help continue to grow our agent footprint.

We are seeking an experienced leader in to help us expand in your area.  This rewarding position offers a salary and uncapped bonus potential.  Interested?  If so, we would love the opportunity to speak with you about a regional manager position within our company.

Requirements:

  • Willing to undergo a background check

  • Valid real estate license

  • Minimum of two years real estate sales experience preferred

  • Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Solid computer skills with the ability to market through various channels including social media

  • Well organized, self-motivated, able to multitask

  • Goal focused and results-driven


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new and transferring agents

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to agents in your region

  • Conduct live and virtual training and education sessions for agents in your region

  • Address agent issues and concerns

  • Assist agents in resolving client issues with professionalism

  • Attend weekly regional manager meetings

  • Promote a positive culture among the agents in your region


Time Commitment and Compensation:

  • 20+ hours per week

  • Salary based pay with bonus opportunities.
